1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Alpaca Herder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Alpaca Herder is a farm management application designed to help alpaca owners and farm managers track animal health, manage daily tasks, and collaborate with team members.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Upload malicious code or content

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Note: Subscription features are planned for future releases

• Some features may require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte Ventures IO AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Byte Ventures IO AB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
